    Do you offer furnished or unfurnished apartments?

    We offer exclusive luxury executive apartments, which means that our apartments are fully furnished and equipped. The apartments are “ready-to-move-in.”

    The minimum length of stay is 31 nights.

    By giving 1-month notice, our guests have the priority for extending their stay.

    Do I need to bring my linens and towels?

    Our apartments are fully-equipped, which includes linens, towels, all that you need for cooking, cleaning, and ironing. You bring your personal belongings.

    Yes, we ask for a security deposit.

    How do I get back my security deposit back?

    After the final inspection, if the apartment requires no repairs or items replacements, we reimburse the security by electronic transfer of funds.

    Do you accept animals?

    Some of our apartments are pet-friendly but always subject to our approval. We require information such as the type of animal, breed, age, weight, and a photo of your animal to give our consent.

    Yes, the pet-fee is $300.

    Do your apartments come with an indoor parking space?

    Indoor parking spaces are optional. The rent for the indoor parking space is not included in the apartment rent.

    The price range for indoor parking spaces varies from $250-$400 per month, depending on the location of the building.

    Are there any special or additional fees or taxes?

    There is an exit fee applied to cover the cost of the final cleaning. In the province of Quebec, there are no taxes applicable on monthly stays.

    What payment is due when I make the reservation?

    The first-month rent, the exit fee, and the security deposit are payable at the moment of the reservation.

    Yes, it is possible to pay with your credit card, but a transaction fee of 3% is applicable with this mode of payment.

    If I do not want to pay with my credit card, what form of payment is available?

    Electronic forms of payment are easy and at a low cost. For our international guests, we recommend TransferWise to minimize the transaction fee and benefit from advantageous exchange rates. For our Canadian guests, we recommend Interac eTransfer or wire transfer. Both links can be found on our Rates, Terms & Conditions page.

    Unfortunately, we do not accept payment in cash.

    You will have access to the mailbox associated with your apartment.

    Check-in must be from 4pm.

    What is the check-in procedure?

    We highly prefer the meet & greet then provide the “lockbox” combination in welcoming our guests. We will show you the building amenities, give you all the information regarding the apartment (WIFI, appliances, thermostats, TV...) and explain where you can find the closest grocery store, drugstore, metro stations, and how to get to your office. It eases so much the adaptation to your new environment.

    What time is checkout?

    Checkout time is 11 AM. For late checkout, you must contact us. We always try to find a satisfying solution.

    Do you have smoking units?

    No. It is forbidden to smoke in our units. For some of them, there is a balcony where it is possible to smoke cigarettes.

    We offer our suites/apartments in Montreal downtown Montreal, Old Montreal and Griffintown.

    What type of clients do you serve?

    We primarily serve executives/business people, consulting advisors under contract for a few months —  traveling with or without their families. We also work with employees relocating to Montreal, as well as local people who need temporary accommodations for a variety of reasons.
